Original character creation
OCMakerLab is intended for original characters. Do not use it to impersonate real people, copy protected characters, or create unlawful content.
Prohibited content
OCMakerLab is a general-audience tool. You may not use it to generate NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, or sexual content involving minors. Prompts and generated images are automatically screened, and accounts that attempt to bypass this policy will be suspended.
Acceptable use
You may not use OCMakerLab to create any of the following: (1) pornographic or sexually explicit content (NSFW); (2) violent or gory content; (3) hate speech or content that harasses or demeans people for who they are; (4) any sexual or unsafe content involving children; (5) deepfakes or content that impersonates or depicts a real person; (6) content that infringes copyright or trademark, including copies of existing characters. We enforce this by screening prompts before generation, checking images before they are shown, removing violating material, and suspending accounts that repeatedly try to get around these rules.
AI models we use
Character images are generated with FLUX.2 [klein] 4B (Black Forest Labs), run through fal.ai. Written character cards are produced by Claude Haiku 4.5 (Anthropic), also through fal.ai. The OCMakerLab name and the style scaffolds are our own; we do not own or sell these models. Images and text created with the tool are AI-generated.
Reporting a problem
If you see content or an account that breaks these rules, email support@ocmakerlab.com with the page or account concerned. We review reports and act on valid ones; if you think we removed something by mistake, write to the same address and we will take another look.
No professional advice
Generated character text is creative drafting material. It is not legal, professional, or publishing advice.
Service changes
Features may change as the product develops. Characters you generate are yours to use, including commercially. Credits are consumed when an image is generated or a saved preview is unlocked, and are not transferable between accounts. Where guest checkout is offered, $1 unlocks only the selected preview's original without an account or credit grant. Guest-paid originals are available for 90 days from payment; save the private link and download before that period ends. Access after 90 days is not promised. See the refund policy for purchase problems.
