Unused credits
If you have not spent any credits from a purchase, write to us within 14 days and we will refund it. Each generated image spends a credit, so a purchase that has been partly used is refunded in proportion to what is left, at our discretion.
Subscriptions
A subscription can be cancelled at any time and stays active until the end of the period already paid for. We do not automatically refund a period that has been used; if something went wrong, tell us what happened and we will look at it.
When generation fails
A generation that fails returns its credit automatically. If you believe a credit was taken without producing anything, contact us with the approximate time and we will check the record and return it.
How to ask
Email support@ocmakerlab.com from the address on the account, saying what you bought and what went wrong. Payments are processed by our merchant of record, and refunds are returned to the original payment method.
