OCMakerLab is an independent character creation tool. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any rights holder, studio, publisher, or franchise referenced anywhere on this site. Style names are used only to describe an artistic direction a user can ask for. The tool does not host, redistribute, or reproduce artwork, assets, logos, or character designs owned by third parties.
How to send a takedown notice
Send takedown requests to dmca@ocmakerlab.com with the subject line 'Takedown Request'. Requests are reviewed in the order received and are usually actioned within five business days.
What a valid notice must include
So a request can be actioned quickly, please include the following details.
- Your name, organisation, and contact details
- Identification of the work or mark you believe is infringed
- The exact URL or URLs on ocmakerlab.com you are asking to have removed
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the rights holder or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf
- Your physical or electronic signature
How requests are handled
Valid notices result in removal or restriction of the identified material. Repeated verified reports against the same user account will result in that account being suspended. A record of each notice and the action taken is retained.
Counter-notice
If you believe material was removed in error, send a counter-notice to dmca@ocmakerlab.com with your contact details, identification of the removed material and where it appeared, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake or a misidentification.
